House Rules

To keep the home comfortable for every guest, please review these house rules before booking.

Check-in & Checkout

  • Check-in: after 4:00 PM
  • Checkout: before 11:00 AM
  • Self check-in via keypad; entry code sent before arrival

Occupancy

  • Maximum 8 guests
  • Minimum age to book: 21
  • Children of all ages welcome

Pets

  • Pets welcome with prior approval, $100 fee
  • Assistance animals always accommodated regardless of pet policy

Smoking & Events

  • No smoking anywhere on the property
  • No parties or events

Quiet Hours & Neighborhood

Please be respectful of neighbors, especially in the evening.

Cancellation

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in.

Additional

  • No unregistered guests beyond the reserved occupancy count
  • Parking on the lawn is prohibited
  • Guests are responsible for leaving the home in reasonably tidy condition
